Wedding bells

Thursday and Friday can barely be called "work" days
because we couldn't think about "work" when there was
a wedding in two days!! The preparations are no
different from those in the states. The bride wanting
everything to be perfect and the groom not having a
clue : ) It was amazing to see some of the guys
making flower vases and candle holders out of bamboo,
and the ladies bunched together making fresh flower
strings.

Blake and I could only enjoy all the festivities because we weren't as skilled as these folks! The 'rehearsal' dinner was noodles and a sauce that I didn't touch with a 10 foot pole because it was so spicy. Thank goodness they thought of the foreigners and had little fried chicken legs and sticky rice : )
Saturday morning everything went as planned. The church had been transformed into a garden, the men were on their best behavior, and everyone was just glowing with excitment. God has definitely blessed these two and has great plans for them.
