A much needed break this week! We are bringing in the Thai new year (2552) in Chiang Mai. Part of the week will be celebrated by everyone standing on the street or riding in back of trucks throwing water on each other. Once all this excitement passes we have some family outings planned. We didn't realized how much we really needed a family vacation until we got here.

April 17 - Shawna had a doctor's appointment this evening. We have real confirmation that Aleah will be an older sister sometime mid November!! Shawna is thankful for the true confirmation because if it were not a baby then she was concerned something was really wrong. She's been tired and not able to eat much and feeling extremely weak and nauseous in the afternoon. Praise the Lord - all those symptoms are just a baby : )

April 19 - We arrived back home today fresh and ready for ministry! But not expecting to throw open our bedroom door to be greeted by the smell of decay!! Not so appetizing for a prego. Shawna toughed it out the first night. Stayed completely out of the room the next day and then spent the night on the floor in Aleah's room. Home Sweet Home : )
